THE DRINKS

Coney Island Water

Coney Island: home to The Cyclone, The Wonder Wheel, the most infamous beach in NYC and the birthplace of The Waterboyz movement. Our journey started here as we often frequented the lesser-known sub neighborhood of Coney Island…Malibu. Or “the back” as some call it, became our escape from the city as if we were somewhere on the Jersey Shore. The crushing blues and rich green color in this drink are inspired by the hues of NYC coastlines, but transport you to any island within the Caribbean. Smooth rum, mellow vodka, sweet pineapple, creamy coconut and bright citrus layer this drink, one to surely have you guessing why you haven’t tried this before.

Flatbush Fete

Our next stop takes us to the cultural melting pot known as Flatbush. With its deep routed heritage stemming from the west indies and surrounding islands, this play on rum punch will leave you excited and ready to hit the Labor Day parade anytime of the year. Its radiant red color is attributed to deep notes of island rum, tart cherry, sweet orange, juicy grapefruit and is finished off with Jamaica’s finest overproof rum. You’ve been warned, this one is a creeper.

Midtown Margarita

Midtown, the heart of NYC, the place where all roads eventually meet up. We wanted to create a drink that would help symbolize some of NYC finest cultural diffusion. Here we bring bold reposado tequila to dance with sweet rum and robust brandy to help create a Times Square of flavor. Sour passion fruit, refreshing lime, and succulent orange helps us create a unique twist on a favorite of many drinkers. Currently this drink is being worked on in the lab, as soon as this is ready we will notify everyone of it's re-release.
